Lemon Ginger Asparagus

  • 1 asparagus without the togher ends
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated and peeled


  • Place the asparagus in the Silikong Steamer Basket and put the basket into the Instant Pot. Add the water. Lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing mode. Using the Manual or Pressure Cook function, set the cooker to Low Pressure for 0 minutes (That's right, 0 minutes!).
  • When cooking time is complete, quickly release the pressure.
  • In a serving bowl, stir together the oil, lemon juice, salt and ginger.
  • Remove the lid and add the asparagus to the bowl. Toss together to combine. Enjoy 🙂
