Instant Pot Egg-Bites with Ham and Cheese

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • Add 2 cups of water to the inner pot of your IP.
  • In a small mixing bowl, mix together the eggs, cheddar cheese, ham, salt, and pepper, mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the Silikong mold and place it inside the pot.
  • Add the lid and make sure the vent is in the "sealing" position.
  • Set the manual high pressure for 8 minutes. Do a natural release for 2 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • When the pressure has been completely released, and the pin has dropped. Remove the lid.
  • Remove the Silikong mold. Let sit for a few minutes, before serving.


You can store them in the refrigerator for a quick breakfast. Just heat up in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!
