Blue Cheese Asparagus

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 lb asparagus spears woody ends trimmed and discarded
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts


  • Add water to the Instant Pot. Place asparagus evenly in the Silikong Steamer Basket and place the basket in pot. Lock the lid.
  • Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust cook time to 1 minute. Quickly release the pressure until float valve falls and unlock the lid.
  • Transfer the asparagus to a serving dish and toss with oil and vinegar. Garnish with blue cheese and walnuts. Serve warm.
