Blue Cheese Asparagus
- 1 cup Water
- 1 lb asparagus spears woody ends trimmed and discarded
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
- Add water to the Instant Pot. Place asparagus evenly in the Silikong Steamer Basket and place the basket in pot. Lock the lid.
- Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust cook time to 1 minute. Quickly release the pressure until float valve falls and unlock the lid.
- Transfer the asparagus to a serving dish and toss with oil and vinegar. Garnish with blue cheese and walnuts. Serve warm.
